For a booking photo or jail-held record, make a focused request through the Records Division. Missouri’s Sunshine Law generally requires a response by the end of the third business day, but a response is not a promise that a complex search or redaction review will be complete in that time.
- For a current jail listing or booking-photo availability, begin with the home guide’s official roster path. A released or transferred person may no longer appear in a current-population search.
- For an arrest report, start with the arresting agency. Springfield, Republic, and Willard police records can hold a municipal report even when county custody followed.
- For a current warrant question, use the official county warrant process described on Most Wanted Fugitives. A warrant is not a conviction.
